Dog Training Method
There are 3 kinds of trainers in this world. "The Bribers" These are Treat/Clicker trainers, OK for some obedience training. Physical -punishment Trainers" The Pain Makers"...This is Old School Training where a trainer punishes a dog physically enough so the dog is compelled to comply, but mostly out of fear. Then there's me. The K9-Coach. I Train my Clients to speak dog without treats, without clickers, without pain. After that, it's easy.Dogs just want to make you happy since they understand what you are asking them to do. See my reviews.
The Dog training methods I teach my clients are natural and are the same ones dogs use with each other. Voice tones and Body language are the main keys. Not hitting your dog or bribing with treats and clickers.
My method is fun and easy to learn, plus your dog will respond quickly because it's her own language and is never harsh.
Canine pack structure and pack hierarchy is normal in every dog pack. Including yours! But, where you stand in the pack is probably a reflection of your dogs behaviors. Not a fault, just a understanding. Once I teach you the proper canine communication techniques and proper body language, your dog will begin to understand you. And you him! It really is that simple.
I do not use treats to bribe your dog or clickers to reward her either. Treats can work wonders for some dogs and some basic obedience training but In the long run treat training is impractical in my opinion. How do you expect your dog to respect and love you if you are just feeding him cookies all the time.
I DO NOT provide group training classes, I focus my attention on my client and their dogs issues one client at a time in their own home. I come to you.
Teaching your dog to sit won’t tell him or her that you are a good pack leader. And although s/he might respond to some commands, the bad behavioral issues will still exist.
Do you realize that your dogs bad behaviors are most likely attributed to a lack of pack structure in a canine way? Most likely your dog is doing his best to " Run the Show" but honestly does not want the job.
Does it really work?
I encourage you to see for yourself. Check out my reviews on Yelp Here. I've helped many people over the years with all sorts of issues with their dogs. Little problems and big problems alike. It does not matter, I can help you. You can also see some of my Testimonials here as well.

Dogs Train People all The Time
![]() Most people don't realize that they are always being trained by their dogs. Do you get up to let your dog out every time she asks you to? Only sometimes she really didn't want to go out, right? How about when your dog asks you to pet her or rub her belly? Congratulations! You've been trained.
The problem with this is that dogs don't listen to people that are easily trained. You are more of a subordinate then a leader. Or maybe just a peer. For the most part people really don't know how to " lead" their dog in life, so the dog eventually just takes over the role of the leader. This is when I get called out to train my clients dogs. That's when the barking, chewing and destructive behavior begins. The dogs in these family's are making up their own rules. These dogs are easy to spot in public too, they are the one's pulling on the leash while the owner is constantly yanking them back or yelling at the confused dog. Or maybe it's the dog that barks at the door bell and makes sure that everyone knows that he is the leader of the household that you just walked into by jumping all over you, and continuing to bark, run all over the place and otherwise act out. You see, in a pack setting, the leader investigates any disturbances at the entrance of the den while the pack mates sit back and watch her body language to see if she needs any help. This is canine 101. Leaders Lead, pack mates follow. I help families change this dynamic on it's head with my style of dog training, or should I say people training. Because after all, if you start acting like your dogs consistent leader in his own eyes, respectful and bonded relationship can ensue. Then you can start making your own rules in your home that your dog will want to follow out of respect and trust. This is when harmony in the home begins.
